1. Refunds for Individual Products

Coco Games Studio is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchases. If a product does not match its description on our website, you may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

Requirements:

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product has not been downloaded.
     

  • Refund requests must include your Order ID and purchase details.
     

 

2. Membership and Subscription Refunds

For memberships or subscription plans:

  • Refunds are available within 15 days if no assets were downloaded during the billing period.
     

  • Refunds can only be requested for the most recent billing cycle.
     

Auto-Renewal Notice:

  • Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
     

  • To cancel auto-renewal or request a refund, contact our support with your Order ID and Sales ID.
